Shipping Information

Order Processing

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to get your gear to you:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Rip Curl gear. If something isn’t right, you can return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

All returned items must be:

  • In original condition with tags attached
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original packaging with all accessories

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days with your return request (use our template below)
  2. Get Approval: We’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and instructions within 2 business days
  3. Pack It Up: Securely package your return with original packaging and include your order confirmation
  4. Ship It Back: Send your return to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for incorrect/damaged items)
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Here’s how exchanges work:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • In your email, clearly state the item you want to exchange for
  • We’ll process your exchange once we receive the original item
  • If the new item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference

Pro Tip: For faster service, we recommend placing a new order for the item you want and returning the original item separately.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Swimwear with removed hygiene liners (including wetsuits)
  • Worn or washed clothing/accessories
  • Personalized or custom items
  • Clearance or final sale items (will be marked as such)

Important Note on Swimwear: For hygiene reasons, swimwear can only be returned if the original hygiene liner is intact and the item hasn’t been worn.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t be responsible for lost returns.
