We provide detailed size charts for all our products. For performance gear like wetsuits, we recommend measuring yourself carefully and choosing based on your measurements rather than your usual clothing size.

Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide to most locations (excluding some remote areas in Asia and other locations). Wherever your adventures take you, we’ll get your gear to you!
What are my shipping options?
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)
How long does order processing take?
We process orders in 1-2 business days as we carefully check each item for quality before shipping. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Will I have to pay customs fees?
International orders may be subject to customs fees depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary by location.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
No worries if something doesn’t work out – we offer easy returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition with tags attached. Visit our Returns Page for full details.

How long do refunds take?

Do you have a physical store?
Our warehouse is located at 7232 West Melinda Lane, Glendale, US 85308, but we’re currently online-only for shopping. Who knows what the future holds though!
